Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

⚠️ For health and safety, we cannot accept opened or used products. Instead, we often recommend gifting them to a friend or family member who could benefit from a cleanse.


How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (trackable method recommended).


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@getdetoxd.com with photos. We’ll rush you a replacement at no cost.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to return or cancel for any reason. The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank/credit card processing may add extra time.
